We keep your logo on file if it has been used in a previous order. There is a one-time $25.00 setup fee for new logos. This setup fee is waived for orders with quantities over 25 units.

Please use a standard method of separation between new lines and new tags (i.e. if you have a two line tag, you can format like this: "Jane Doe - Operations Manager; John Smith - Floor Manager;. . ." or, "Operations Manager|Jack Reacher (x3); Floor Manager|Jack Ryan (x3)"). You can also separate a new tag with a new line (ENTER). Names will be produced as entered here. Name At A Glance is not liable for any errors entered.

Customize Your Name Tags with Confidence

Build your name tags around your team’s needs. Choose your:

  • Material and finish: Select plastic, wood, leather, or metal, with framed and domed styles also available. 
  • Size and shape: Choose dimensions that leave enough room for your names, titles, and logo. Rectangular, oval, and custom shapes are available on select styles.
  • Logo and text: Add your logo and employee names or titles. Choose engraving, full-color printing, or a printed logo with engraved text where available.
  • Fastener: Choose a pin, clip, or magnetic fastener to suit your team’s clothing and preferences. Available choices depend on the badge style.

Select a finish that suits how your team will wear its badges:

  • Engraved plastic: A durable, scratch-resistant option
  • Full-color printing: Captures detailed logos
  • Domed styles: Add a clear protective cover

Find a size that gives your names, titles, and logo room to read clearly. Depending on your style, available options include:

How Long Will My Order Take?

When proofing is needed, allow approximately 2–3 business days. Standard orders of 100 items or fewer have an estimated production time of 3–5 business days after proof approval. Shipping time is additional.

Contact us about larger orders or a specific deadline. Expedited proofing or production carries a $66 rush fee. Expedited shipping costs extra. See our Shipping and Returns Policy for details.

Can I Reorder Name Badges?

Yes. Find previous orders in your account and select the products you want to reorder. If you need help locating a product, visit our Reorder Instructions page to submit a request.
