Name and Title Submission

  1. Email Orders:

  1. No Phone Orders:
  • Please note that we do not accept orders over the phone. To maintain accuracy and efficiency, we request customers to utilize the online platform or email for order placement.

  • Customers submitting orders via email will receive a confirmation email acknowledging the receipt of their order. This confirmation does not imply acceptance of the order; it serves as acknowledgment of the order submission.

  • To ensure the accuracy of personalized name tags, customers are required to provide a list of names and titles in a copy-paste format during the ordering process.

  • Customers should submit the list of names and titles in a copy-paste format directly into the designated field on the order form. This helps minimize errors and ensures that the information is entered exactly as intended. 
  1. Customer Responsibility:
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to review and verify the accuracy of the submitted list. Name at a Glance (NaagTag) will use the provided information to create the name tags, and any errors resulting from inaccuracies in the submitted list are the customer’s responsibility. 
  1. Corrections and Changes:
  • Once the order is placed, corrections or changes to the list of names and titles may not be possible. Customers should contact the Name at a Glance (NaagTag) customer service team immediately if any issues are identified. 
  1. Confirmation of Details:
  • Name at a Glance (NaagTag) will not be responsible for errors in the final product that result from inaccuracies in the submitted list. Customers are advised to double-check and confirm all details before finalizing the order. 
  1. Utilizing the “Special Instructions” Section:
  • Customers are encouraged to utilize the “Special Instructions” section provided during the online ordering process to communicate any specific requests or preferences related to their order. 

Order Refusal Policy 

  1. Right to Refuse Orders:
  • Naag Tag reserves the right to refuse any orders that include, but are not limited to, profanity, images, vulgarity, symbols, or content that is derogatory to any groups. Refusal may also occur if the order is not in accordance with the company’s ethical standards. 
  1. Ethical Standards:
  • Orders that violate our ethical standards or promote content that goes against our values will not be accepted. This includes content that may be offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate. 
  1. Customer Notification:
  • In the event that an order is refused, the customer will be promptly notified of the decision. Naag Tag will provide a clear explanation for the refusal, and if applicable, suggest modifications that align with our ethical standards. 
  1. Compliance with Policies:
  • Customers are expected to review and comply with our policies regarding customization, content, and ethical standards before placing an order. Failure to adhere to these policies may result in the refusal of the order.

Delinquent Payment Policy

  1. Past Due Accounts:
  • Any account with a balance that remains unpaid for more than 30 days is considered past due. Naag Tag will use phone calls, statements, and other communication methods to collect the balance due on such accounts. 
  1. Late Fee and Interest:
  • Accounts with a balance that remains unpaid for more than 60 days, despite efforts to collect, will be charged a $15.00 recurring late fee. Additionally, interest of 18% will be added to any unpaid balance. 
  1. Delinquent Status:
  • Any account with a balance that remains unpaid for more than 90 days is considered delinquent. At this point, the account may be submitted to a collection agency or attorney for further action. 
  1. Collection Costs:
  • In the event that an account is submitted to a collection agency or attorney, the customer will be responsible for all costs of collection, including up to a 35% collection fee, reasonable attorney’s fees, and court costs. 
  1. Customer Notification:
  • Customers will be notified at each stage of delinquency, including past due, late fee application, and delinquent status. Notifications may be sent through various channels, including statements, emails, and phone calls. 
  1. Settlement Arrangements:
  • Naag Tag is open to discussing settlement arrangements or payment plans for customers experiencing financial difficulties. Customers should contact Naag Tag’s customer service team at [insert contact information] to explore options. 
  1. Reinstatement of Services:
  • Full payment of the outstanding balance, including late fees and interest, is required to reinstate services or resume business with Naag Tag.
